Tree Storage

1. Remove the tree’s main plug from the wall outlet.

2. Starting at the top, disconnect the top and section

B (or C).

Step A: Gently fold the branches up toward the center.

Care Should be taken to avoid damage to the lights.

3. Disconnect sections B and A (or sections C and B).

4. Refer to the drawing on how to repack your tree.

Important: Store your carton neatly in a cool, dry location

protected from sunlight to prolong the tree life and to

better keep the light sets in working order. Do not place a

heavy load on the carton to avoid damage to or crushing

the carton and tree inside.

Remove and unwrap all parts.

Retain shipping carton for repacking.

For proper installation and use, the

tree must be set up in a clear area

without any obstructions and on a

flat surface.

NOTE:

Before opening stand, be certain the

thumbscrew is loosened, so it does not

interfere with opening legs.

Place stand in desired location before

assembling. Your assembled tree will

be heavy and

difficult to move.

Open tree stand.

Tighten screw to

secure section A

in the tree stand.

NOTE:

Remove twist tie around looped

wires with plug adapter, extend wire and

set aside.

Untie RED twist-tie to release

branch panels.

Hint:

if your

branches do not fall

into place, DO NOT

force down. Gently

lift up on the branch

panels to release the

branch from its locked position. Now, all

rows of branches should be in the open

position.

Before adding the next section, follow the

shaping instructions listed below in NOTE.

NOTE: For a natural uniform look, position

some branches

outward and

some upward.

Repeat for each

branch panel

and each

tree section.

Assemble section B into section A.

Firmly seat both sections together.

Assemble section C

into section B.

Firmly seat both

sections together.

Hold tree top with one

hand as shown. Gently

pull down the outer

layer of branches, and

fully insert tree top

into the top of the

pole on section

B. (or C)

To illuminate your tree, insert

plug directly into an

electrical wall outlet.

If needed, adjust

branch tips to make

the tree look fuller.

Congratulations!

Your tree is complete

and ready to

decorate.

Insert section A into tree stand, after

first removing red protective cap.

Repeat step 3.

A. Yes, But you would have to use separate extension

cord to power the tree topper.

A. No, removing the bulbs and inserting any additional

device into a lamp holder will cause the light set to

cease to operate and may revoke the limited

warranty of this product.

Troubleshooting Tips

If one section of your tree does not illuminate, check

that section for loose or missing bulbs, all factory

connections are properly made or that you properly

made all the electrical connections between each

tree section, i.e., tree plug to extension cord outlet.

Also, check the fused plug for a missing or burned out

(open) fuse.

The GE Branded Christmas Trees are pre-lit artificial Christmas trees designed for indoor use. They feature "Easy Light Technology®," which simplifies assembly by eliminating the need to connect individual light cords between sections. The trees are designed to be assembled by stacking sections, and the lighting system automatically connects as the sections are seated together. Once assembled, the tree is ready for decoration.

Important Technical Specifications:

The manual illustrates two main tree sizes: 7 FT & 7.5 FT, and 9 FT.

7 FT & 7.5 FT Trees: Consist of three main sections: A (bottom), B (middle), and TOP.
9 FT Trees: Consist of four main sections: A (bottom), B (lower middle), C (upper middle), and TOP.
Lighting System: Pre-lit with GE-branded lights. The Easy Light Technology® ensures that the lights illuminate automatically as sections are connected, eliminating the need for manual cord connections between sections.

Easy Assembly: The primary feature is the "Easy Light Technology®," which simplifies assembly by eliminating cord connections between tree sections. Users simply assemble the sections, and the lights automatically connect.
Quick Setup: The process involves removing parts, opening the tree stand, inserting sections A, B, C (for 9 FT trees), and the tree top, and then plugging the tree into an outlet.
Branch Shaping: After assembly, users are instructed to untie red twist-ties to release branch panels and gently lift up on branches to release them from their locked position. For a natural uniform look, some branches should be positioned outward and some upward.

Safety Warning: Always unplug the product before installing. Do not plug in until the entire tree is assembled. The tree must be set up in a clear area without any obstructions and on a flat surface. Before opening the stand, ensure the thumbscrew is loosened. Once assembled, the tree will be heavy and difficult to move, so place it in the desired location before assembly.
Limitations: Do not use or install any additional Christmas lighting or ornamentation that is powered by a light bulb socket. Doing so may result in damage to your Christmas tree or cause personal injury. This will result in a void of the limited warranty of this product.

Maintenance Features:

Storage: For storage, the tree's main plug should be removed from the wall outlet. Then, starting at the top, disconnect the tree top and sections B and C (for 9 FT trees) or B (for 7 FT/7.5 FT trees) from the section below. Gently fold the branches up toward the center. Care should be taken to avoid damage to the lights. Disconnect sections B and A (or sections C and B for 9 FT trees). Refer to the drawing on how to repack your tree.
