  If your GE Freezer isn't operating, first check the fuse or circuit breaker and replace or reset it if necessary. Ensure the freezer is properly plugged into the outlet. Also, check if the 'Demo' LED light is on, indicating it's in Demo mode. To exit Demo mode, press the “Alarm Reset” button first, then immediately press and hold both the "START" and "STOP" buttons, along with the "Control Lock" button, simultaneously for 5 seconds, and then release. The 'Demo' light should turn off.

Also, large amounts of warm or hot food can cause the freezer to run longer until the desired temperature is reached.
