For best dishwashing results, follow these loading guidelines. Features and appearance of racks and silverware
baskets may vary from your model.
Upper Rack
The upper rack is primarilyforglasses, cups, and
saucers. For best wash performance, tiltcup and
glass openings toward the center ofthe rack.Other
itemssuch as pots, pans, and plates may be placed
inthe upper rack.Thisisalso a secure place for
dishwasher-safeplasticitems.Theupperrackcan
beusedfor oddsizedutensils.Saucepans,mixing
bowls,andothersimilarlyshapeditemsshould
beplacedfacedownfor bestwashperformance.
Ensuresmallplasticitemsaresecureso thatthey
cannotfallonthe heaterat the bottomof the
dishwasher,potentiallydamagingtheitem.Some
modelsareequippedwitha hiddenheater,so
dishwashersafeplasticitemscanbe placedin the
lowerrack.
IMPORTANT:Ensurethatitemsdo notprotrude
throughthe bottomoftherackor silverwarebasket
wheretheywill blockthe rotationof the middlespray
arm.Thiscouldresultin noiseduringoperationand/
or poorwashperformance.
IMPORTANT:Ensureitemsintheupperrackdonot
interferewiththe 3rdRack(onsomemodels)when
loadingandunloading.

tall sportsbottles.TheBottle Washclips hold
bottleswith smallopeningsinplacesowaterjets
aredirectedinsidethe bottlesto cleanhardto reach
areas.Clipscanbeinstalledor removedbysimply
slippingtheclipopeningoverthetopofthenozzle.
