REHANG THE REFRIGERATOR DOOR

Lower the refrigerator door onto the bottom
hinge pin.

While holding the door securely, align the socket
in the door with the hole in the center hinge.
Attach the center hinge and gasket with two
screws with a 5/16
s
socket and ratchet.
3.
Check to ensure the alignment between the socket
in the door and the hole in the center hinge. Insert
the hinge pin into the center hinge and tighten with
a Phillips screwdriver until the shoulder of the hinge
pin is touching the center hinge.
REHANG THE FREEZER DOOR
1.
Lower the freezer door onto the center hinge pin.
2.
Place the left top hinge so the pin fits into the door
socket. (Left top hinge and cover can be found inside
of the product. Call GE Service at 800.GE.CARES
(800.432.2737 or in Canada call 800.561.3344 if
parts are missing.) Support the door on the handle
side and make sure the door is straight and the gap
between the doors is even across the front. While
holding the door in place, tighten the top hinge
screws. Do not overtighten these screws. Tighten
them until they are just snug, and then turn them
another one-half turn.
3.
Snap the left top hinge cover over the hinge.
