      Several factors could be at play. First, check if the cooling system switch is turned on. If too much cold water was recently used, allow 15 minutes for it to cool; if the unit was just turned on, it could take up to an hour. Ensure the water bottle isn't exposed to sunlight and that there's at least 6 inches of clearance around the dispenser for ventilation. If none of these resolve the issue, the system may have malfunctioned, in which case you should remove the water bottle, unplug the dispenser, and contact your dealer.

      The water bottle might have a small crack, in which case you should replace it. Also, check if the hot or cold tank drain cap is not fastened properly and tighten the drain caps. If the seal inside the drain cap is torn or damaged then replace with a new one. Finally, the hot or cold water tank could be leaking; if this is the case, unplug the dispenser, remove the water bottle, and contact the dealer.

      The dispenser might not be level, so place it on a level, flat surface. Also, make sure the dispenser isn't touching any other objects. If it is, move it away from other objects.
