Halogen
lamp covers
Both the upper and lower halogen lamp
cove_ must be kept free of grease and
food spatterings in order to operate
effectively.
Clean the lamp glass covers often to avoid
excess smoking" and decreased cooking" power:
Do not remove the halogen lamp glass
covers.
To dean the upper and lower lamp covers:
Allow the oven rack (turntable) and glass
cove_ to cool completely. Remove the
oven rack (turntable) and wipe clean with
a warm soapy cloth or pl_tic scrubbie.
Replace the oven rack (turntable).
For heavy burned on soil, a cleaning
scraper may be used m clean the halogen
lamp covers. Wearing an oven mitt, hold
the cleaning scraper at a 30 ° angle. Scrape
the glass clean and wipe up excess soil.
