Refrigerator
Lights
For long vacations or absences, remove food
and shut off power to the refrigerator at the fuse
box or circuit breaker. Clean the interior with a
baking soda solution of one tablespoon (15 ml)
of baking soda to one quart (1 liter) of water.
Leave the doors open.
For shorter vacations, remove perishable foods
and leave controls at regular settings. However,
if the room temperature is expected to drop
below 60°F (16°C), follow the same instructions
as for long vacations.
Set the icemaker power switch to the O (off)
position and shut off the water supply to
the refrigerator.
There is LED lighting in fresh food compartment and
on the bottom of the fresh food doors to light the
freezer compartment.*
An authorized technician will need to replace the
LED light.
