What to do if the Gear4music DP-50 Musical Instrument volume is too soft, sound quality is poor, rhythm stops unexpectedly, recorded data of the song does not play correctly, or LCD display goes dark?

      kathryn67Aug 17, 2025
If the volume is too soft, the sound quality is poor, the rhythm stops unexpectedly, recorded song data doesn't play correctly, or the LCD display suddenly goes dark and resets, it could be due to an incorrect or insufficiently rated DC mains adapter. If you have lost or damaged your DC adapter, please contact your nearest store for a correct replacement adapter.
