      If the pressure gauge on your Gearmore Paint Sprayer fluctuates excessively, it could be that the pump is sucking in air through the suction union, or air hasn't been fully removed from the pump. Check the suction hose to ensure it's firmly secured. Then, run the pump with the outlet hose open to evacuate any remaining air.

      If oil is coming out of the discharge port of your Gearmore Paint Sprayer, it indicates that one or more diaphragms have split. To resolve this, drain the pump of oil, dismantle the heads, and fit new diaphragms. Then, refill the pump to the correct oil level using motor oil (30W).

      If the pump of your Gearmore Paint Sprayer isn't drawing water, the causes could be: * One or more valves are seating improperly. * The suction line is plugged or collapsed. * The strainer is clogged. To resolve this, examine the valve seatings and clean them. Inspect the suction line. Clean the strainer.
