What to do if the domestic hot water is too cold in my Gebwell Qi?

  If the domestic hot water is too cold, first ensure that the domestic hot water function is active by setting the Operating mode to ON. If consumption is high, wait until the water has warmed up; you can also choose the forced charging of domestic hot water by pressing the terminal's domestic water button for 3 seconds. Check the set point in the Domestic hot water menu and increase it if it's too low. Finally, make sure the feed mixing valve is sufficiently open.

  If the room temperature is too high, especially in cold weather, the heating circuit setting values might be too high. Decrease the heating curve slope. If the room temperature is too high in warm weather, decrease the comfort set point.

  If the compressor won't start, first check the heat pump’s status on the Menu Info to see if there's a need for heat. If the compressor minimum idle time is active, wait for 20 minutes to see if it starts. If there is a heat pump failure, check the Info menu for the reason and make adjustments according to the troubleshooting table.

Why is the room temperature too low with my Gebwell Qi?

  There are several reasons why the room temperature might be too low. The heat pump could be in the wrong operating mode, so set the heating functions to the correct mode. Also, check if the radiator or floor heating thermostats are turned off and turn them on in as many rooms as possible. The automatic set point might be too low, so raise the Comfort set point in the Heating area menu. You may also need to increase the heating curve slope set point or set the maximum supply water set point sufficiently high, both in the Heating area menu. If a program for the heating circuit is switched on, adjust the time program in the Time program heating area menu. Air in the heating system can also cause this, so vent the system.
