  If your GeChic Monitor is not displaying an image, there might be a connection issue with the video cables. Ensure that one end of the HDMI or VGA cable is securely plugged into the video input port of your On-Lap Monitor, and the other end is connected to the video output port of your laptop or smartphone. Also, try adjusting the brightness and contrast settings on your monitor, or reset them to the factory default settings via the OSD (On-Screen Display) menu.

  If the OSD (On-Screen Display) on your GeChic Monitor is not responding, follow these steps: 1. Plug in the USB Power Cable first. 2. Then, plug in the HDMI Video Cable. 3. Use your fingertip to touch the center of the OSD button. Plugging the HDMI Video Cable before the Micro USB Power Cable may cause the OSD to not boot or become unresponsive.
