What to do if Geekpure Laboratory Equipment water is leaking from the system?
    • K
      Kimberly HayesAug 8, 2025
There are several potential causes for water leaking from the system. It could be due to a damaged o-ring on gland nuts, in which case you should replace the o-ring, if damaged. Otherwise, clean or moisturize the o-ring with a lubricant and install it back. Another cause could be condensation on the chamber, consider addressing these conditions to ensure that the UV system operates properly. Finally, it may be due to an inadequate water in/out connection. To resolve this, check the connections, and tighten or seal them, as needed.

Why is my Geekpure Laboratory Equipment system shutting down periodically?
    • D
      Dr. Jason CollinsAug 12, 2025
The most likely cause is an unstable power supply. It is strongly recommended that the UV system be connected to a properly grounded dedicated power outlet, with no other devices connected to the same power outlet. Also, the UV system should not be controlled by a light switch.

Why is the water from my Geekpure Laboratory Equipment warm?
    • J
      jamie08Aug 18, 2025
If the water is warm, it may be due to infrequent use of water. Run water through the system for a few minutes and the temperature will go down.

How to fix low water output in Geekpure Laboratory Equipment?
    • N
      Nicholas LeeAug 22, 2025
Low water output can be caused by a clogged sediment filter. To resolve this, replace the filter cartridge. Also, check the water supply source, as fluctuations in the water pressure may occur.

Why is the water from Geekpure Laboratory Equipment milky?
    • K
      kimberlyfergusonAug 28, 2025

What to do if my Geekpure Laboratory Equipment has an elevated bacteria count?
    • T
      Tyler PetersonNov 2, 2025
Several factors can cause an elevated bacteria count. It could be due to a dirty quartz sleeve, which can be resolved by cleaning it with a regular descale cleaner; consider addressing water quality, for example, soften hard water. It may also be due to deterioration in the incoming water quality, which can be addressed by installing extra filters or otherwise treating the water. Another cause may be contamination after water is treated by the UN system, in this case consider treating the water distribution pipes/lines with appropriate disinfector or replacing older pipes. Finally, it may be a sediment filter malfunction. To solve this, make sure the filter functions properly, replace the filter cartridge as often as instructed, and replace the filter if broken.
