Usage Features
Installation:
- Preparation: Ensure the installation space is level and firm, capable of supporting the bathtub's weight when full. The floor should be level and firm (e.g., cement, tile floor) so that the bathtub foot can contact the floor evenly.
- Plumbing: Connect hot and cold water pipes, ensuring proper sealing to prevent leaks. The drain pipe should be installed correctly to allow for efficient water drainage.
- Electrical: Connect the bathtub to a properly grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the wiring is secure and protected by a leakage protector.
- Final Check: After installation, fill the bathtub with water to check for leaks and proper drainage.
Operation (BH238A1/BH308A1/BH128JHF Control Panels):
- Power On/Off: Press the power button to turn the unit on or off.
- Radio: Press the radio button to turn on/off the radio, adjust volume, and change frequencies.
- Volume Adjustment: Use the volume buttons to increase or decrease sound volume.
- Dynamic Liquid Crystal Display: Some models feature a dynamic liquid crystal display for clear information.
- Air Pump On/Off: Activates or deactivates the air pump for bubble massage.
- Channel Selection: Select radio channels.
- Water Massage: Adjust the intensity of the water massage jets.

Maintenance Features
General Maintenance:

Troubleshooting (Common Issues and Solutions):
- Water level not reached the probe:
- Reason: Continue adding water, let the water level reach the probe.
- Solution: Fill the tub until the water level sensor is activated.
- Pump cannot start:
- Reason: Air driven switch faulty, loose plug, pump jammed with rubbish, pump is damaged.
- Solution: Replace the air driven switch, fix the plug, clear the blockage, replace the pump.
- Massage failure:
- Reason: Failure of adjuster, air pipe leakage or loose connection.
- Solution: Replace the sealing rubber ring inside, clear the blockage, tighten the connection.
- Leakage:
- Reason: Join rings broken, lock nut may be loose, adhesive glue aging, ground bolt is loose or free.
- Solution: Replace join rings, tighten the nut, use new adhesive glue, adjust ground bolt to touch the ground.
- Shaking is too severe:
- Reason: Backwater is jammed.
- Solution: Clear the rubbish in the strainer.
- Pump runs but the lamp is not working:
- Reason: Lamp circuit is not closed, bulb is damaged, transformer is damaged.
- Solution: Fix the lamp circuit, replace the bulb, replace the transformer.
Important Safety Precautions:
- Electrical Safety: Ensure proper grounding and use a leakage protector. Do not touch the plug with wet hands.
- Water Temperature: Do not use water hotter than 50°C to avoid burns.
- Chemicals: Do not use strong chemicals or solvents in the bathtub.
- Children: Children should be supervised when using the bathtub.
- Medical Conditions: Individuals with hypertension, heart disease, or other serious medical conditions should consult a doctor before using the product.
