When selling or trading in your vehicle, you are entitled to a refund of any
unused portion of your subscription. Please call Genesis Customer Care
844-340-9741 to cancel your subscription.

Genesis Connected Services rely on digital wireless telecommunications technology
outside of Genesis’s control. All Genesis Connected services-equipped Genesis models
are dependent on 4G LTE cellular networks controlled and maintained by third-party
wireless carriers. If and when these networks change and/or discontinue service, or the
underlying technology required to support Genesis Connected Services becomes
obsolete, then the Genesis connected services will not work and Genesis will be forced
to cancel impacted subscription services.
