I2C SYSTEM FAILED
Description:
Error on I2C bus.
1. Restart plotter and check again
2. Check all I2C connections (CON40, CON41, CON 42, CON 43,
CON 44, CON 45, CON46 )
3. Disconnect all the I2C connectors and restart plotter.
In case that this does not clear the message, replace masterboard.
4. Contact Service
RFID DRIVER FAILED
Description:
Masterboard microcontroller can not acces to the RFID driver.
1. Restart plotter and check again
2. Update the rmware and check again
3. Load the RFID driver rmware using the PICkit and restart the
machine.
4. In case that you don't have a PICkit or the previous steps does not
work, replace master board
ALTERA UPGRADE NEEDED
Description:
Firmware version higher than 5.0 requires an Altera program to
support 600 dpi.
In that case an upgrade is needed.
An IC programmer (694500739) is needed to upgrade the Altera
to the 600dpi version
TAG DATA CORRUPTED
Description:
Plotter TAG has corrupted information that doesn’t allows to work.
Contact service to format or replace it.
