If no or an incorrect serial number is displayed, start pairing. If the PhysioGate App does not run on the smartphone, unlock the screen and start the PhysioGate App. If the smartphone is not connected to the Internet, check the WWW status in the INFO screen in the PhysioGate App. If the status is not OK, change your location and try again.
