If the PhysioGate App does not run on the smartphone, unlock the screen and start the PhysioGate App. If the smartphone is not connected to the Internet, check the WWW status in the INFO screen in the PhysioGate App. If the status is not OK, change your location and try again.

Click on “Connect to recorder” and repeat the download. Check that ECG reports are in the pre-set download folder.
