If all actuators are not working, here's what you should check: 1. **No Main Connection:** Verify the connection to the mains. 2. **Damaged Power Cable:** If the power supply cable is damaged, it needs to be replaced by customer service. 3. **Hand/Foot Control Plug:** Ensure the hand or foot control plug is properly connected. 4. **Defective Hand Control:** If the hand control is defective, it needs replacement by customer service. 5. **Defective Foot Control:** If the foot control is defective, it needs replacement by customer service. 6. **Total Control Box Failure:** A total control box failure requires replacement by customer service.
