Center Frame
The top can be idenfied
by the flat top that travels
the length of the frame.
Twin and Twin Long
foundaons do not use
center frames.
Please Note:
· The Foundaon is to be assembled on a hard flat surface
· It is recommended that two people are available for assembly
· Wood is a natural product. If there are visual discoloraons, knots
· or even minor cracks this will not adversely affect the foundaon
· use or durability.
Phillips screw driver is required for assembly
Connue with step 2 on the other side of this sheet.

rail and 6 top slats. The top
cross rail and slats are evenly
spaced and connected with
fabric strips.

Knock Down Mattress Foundation Assembly Instructions

1. Identify Components

Identify all included parts: side frames, center frame, slats, rails, fabric cover, and screws for assembly.

2. Position Side Frames

Place the Left and Right Side Frames with the 1-inch wide rib facing upwards and outwards.

3. Install Center Frame

Position the Center Frame between the side frames. Skip if not applicable for your model.

4. Attach First Slat Bundle

Attach the first slat bundle, including the longer top cross rail, to the side and center frames using wood screws.

5. Attach Second Slat Bundle

Attach the second slat bundle, ensuring the top cross rail is flush and slats are secured with screws.

6. Attach Bottom Cross Rails

Turn the unit over and attach the bottom cross rails to the frame corners with wood screws.

7. Install Fabric Cover

Turn the foundation over and unfold the fabric cover, pulling it snugly around the entire foundation.
