Why does my GHP Group Electric Heater smell like it's burning?

  If your GHP Group Electric Heater is emitting a burning smell, it could be due to a few reasons. First, ensure the thermostat setting is higher than the current room temperature. Second, running the heater in a well-ventilated room can help dissipate any residual dust or oil debris from manufacturing. Third, remove any combustible materials within 0.9 meters (3 feet) of the heater. Finally, make sure that the garage heater is mounted at least 8 feet off the floor.

What to do if my GHP Group Electric Heater is not heating up?

  If your GHP Group Electric Heater is not heating, it could be due to the overheat protection being activated or a tripped breaker. Check that the air inlets and outlets are not blocked, as this can cause overheating. Switch off the circuit breaker for 30 minutes to allow the heater to cool down, then turn the power back on. Also, reset the breaker at the fuse panel and restart the heater.
