What to do if the indicator light is always on with little hot water available from my Giona Water Heater?

If the indicator light on your Giona Water Heater stays on and there's not much hot water, the issue might be due to open hot water taps or a leak in the hot water system. First, check all hot water taps and make sure they are completely closed. Even a partially open tap can cause this. If the taps are not the issue, have a qualified plumber inspect your plumbing system for leaks, as even a small leak can cause the heating element to activate frequently or continuously.

If the indicator light on your Giona Water Heater isn't on, but you're still getting hot water, it could be due to a disconnected or faulty lamp. Try reconnecting the lamp and thermostat first. If that doesn't solve the problem, the lamp itself might be faulty and need replacement.

What to do if indicator light does not come on and hot water does not come out of my Giona Water Heater?

If the indicator light on your Giona Water Heater isn't on and no hot water is coming out, it could be due to a lack of power or a tripped thermostat safety device. First, ensure that the mains power supply is on. If the power supply is OK, the thermostat safety limiting device may have tripped and you should reset the thermostat. It is also recommended to call qualified personnel.
