① Check the DLC & Adapter Cable connection
Check if all the adapters and cables are firmly connected.
1. Check if the correct diagnostic adapter is connected.
Do not use the Self-Test adapter for vehicle communication.
2. Extend the diagnostic adapter to the vehicle-side adapter and make firm connection.
If the communication still fails, attach the Self-Test adapter to the end of the main DLC cable
and execute the Self-Test function described in step 2.
