④ Check the Power Supply Voltage
 If Cigar Lighter cable, and AC/DC adapter’s voltage falls within 9 ~30V range,
proceed to the step 5.
 If Cigar Lighter cable, and AC/DC Adapter’s voltage does not fall between 9 ~30V range,
external power source is defective.
Please replace the AC/DC adapter, or Cigar Lighter cable as necessary.
→ If Cigar Lighter cable, and AC/DC Adapter’s voltage is normal, go back to step 2. Rechargeable
battery.

 Please check the power supply (through the Cigar Lighter cable or AC/DC power adapter)
voltage using the multi-meter.
