If no features of your GLIDEAWAY Indoor Furnishing base are activating, begin by testing the outlet with another working appliance to rule out a defective surge protection device or electrical outlet. Also, check your electrical circuit breaker box to ensure that a circuit hasn't been tripped. You can also try unplugging the power cord, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging it back in to reset the electronic components. Finally, ensure that the Remote Control is properly plugged into the Head Motor.
