Obstruction
There could be a blockage in the in the pipe or outlet

DO NOT LEAVE THE WATER INSIDE THE BOTTLE AND
BRUSH IF STORED IN TEMPERATURE BELOW 32°F (0°C).
RELEASE THE PRESSURE WHEN NOT IN USE
BY OPENING A CAP.
