If there is no apparent damage, try a known
good DVD.
Notice: If you add any label to a DVD, insert
more than one DVD into the slot at a time,
or attempt to play scratched or damaged DVDs,
you could damage the DVD player. When
using the DVD player, use only DVDs in good
condition without any label, load one DVD
at a time, and keep the DVD player and
the loading slot free of foreign materials,
liquids, and debris.
Do not add any label to a DVD, it could get caught
in the DVD player. If a DVD is recorded on a
personal computer and a description label
is needed, try labeling the top of the recorded
DVD with a soft marker instead.
If an error appears on the display, see “DVD
Messages” later in this section.
