No detergent suction
Black quick connector nozzle not tted Change nozzle with Trigger (22) released
Detergent Bottle (9) empty Rell Detergent Bottle
Trigger will not move Trigger Lock (21) is switched on Switch Trigger Lock off
Smoke Overloaded or damaged motor Do not use. Contact dealer immediately
Pressure washer doesn’t start
Pressurised Squeeze Trigger (22) on lance before starting
Mains plug not fully inserted or mains socket switch is off Check and correct issue
Residual current device (RCD) has operated or not been reset Reset residual current device (RCD)
Plug fuse has blown (UK only) Replace fuse and contact dealer if it immediately blows again
Thermal safety switch has operated Switch off and allow pressure washer motor to cool before starting
Poor water spray pressure
Water inlet lter is clogged Clean lter
Water hose connection is leaking or allowing air to enter Check water hose connection
Pressure washer valves or seals are worn or damaged Contact dealer
Fluctuating water pressure
Pump is sucking in air Check water hose connections
Clogged nozzle See Maintenance for cleaning procedure
Motor pump is noisy Pump sucking in air
Check water hose is securely connected and water is on.
Remove kinks in water hose
Motor stops suddenly Thermal safety switch has operated Switch off and allow to cool before restarting
High pressure hose or water hose leaks Loose ttings Tighten ttings
Water leaking from pump Seals worn out Contact dealer
Oil leak from motor pump Normal A small amount of oil loss is normal especially when new
