the
original consumer purchaser
that this
GOALZERO
product
will
be
free from defects
in workmanship and
material
under
normal
consumer use during the applicable
warranty
period identified
in
Paragraph
2, below,
subject
to
the
exclusions
set
forth
in
Paragraph
5, below.
This warranty statement sets forth
GOA

ZERO's
total
and
exclusive
warranty
obligation.
We
will
not
assume, nor authorize any person
to
assume
for
us, any other
liability
in
connection wi
th
the
sales
of
our products.
WARRANTY
PERIOD:
The
warranty
period
for
GOALZERO
battery
cells
(whether purchased
on a
stand-alone
basis or as
part
of
another
product) is
180
days. The warran
ty
period
fo
r
all
other
GOALZ
ER
O
products and compone
nt
s is
one
(1)
year.
In each case, the
warranty
period
is measured
starting
on the date
of
purchase
by
the
original consumer purchaser. The
sales
receipt
from
the
first
consumer purchase, or
other
reasonable
documentary proof, is required
in
order
to
establish the
start
date
of
the
warranty period.
If
you
completed
the
online
GO
ALZERO
Product
Registration
Form within
30
da
ys
af
t
er
purchasing your product,
that
regist
ration
can
also establish
the
start
date of
the
war
ranty
period (but warranty coverage is
not
conditioned
upon such regis
tr
ation).
REMEDY:
GO
A
LZE
RO will
repair or
replace
(at
GOALZERO
's
option
and
ex
pense)
any
GOA
L
ZERO
product that
fails
to
operate
du
ri
ng the
applicable
warranty peri
od
due
to a defect in workmanship or
material.
LIMITED

ORIGINAL
CONSUMER
BUYER:
The
warranty on
GOALZ
ERO
's pr

ucts is

mit
ed
to
the orig

al consumer purchaser and is not
tra
nsferable
to
any subseque
nt
owner.
EXCLUSIONS:

ty does not
apply
to
(i) any
product

at
is misused, abused,
modif
ied, damaged by accid

, or used for
anything

her than
normal
consumer use as
authorized

) any prod
uct
purchased

rough
an
online
auction house.
