Why is my Gold Medal Dispenser unit not working?

First, ensure the Gold Medal Dispenser is properly plugged into the wall outlet, and if it uses an IEC power cord, make sure that's secure too. Check the outlet and circuit breaker for power. If the thermostat is turned fully counter-clockwise, have qualified service personnel check the thermostat setting.
