1 Safety Instructions
1.1 General
• Read the user manual completely and carefully before use.
The user manual is part of the product and contains important information for
correct use.
• Keep this user manual.
The user manual must be available for uncertainties and passing the product.
• Do not modify product and accessories.
• Do not short connectors and circuits.
• Use product, product parts and accessories only in perfect condition.
• In case of questions, defects, mechanical damage, trouble and other
problems, non-recoverable by the documentation, contact your dealer or
producer.
Target group information
Not meant for children. The product is not a toy!
• Secure packaging, small parts and insulation against accidental use.
• Avoid stresses such as heat and cold, moisture and direct sunlight,
vibration and mechanical pressure.
• Do not aim the beam of the light into the eyes of other persons, animals or
reective surfaces.
WARNING potentially dangerous optical radiation!
Never look directly into the lamp during operation. The eyes
can be damaged!
RG 2 according to EN 62471.
1.2 Battery hazards
• Do not mix old and new batteries.
• Only use batteries of the same or equivalent type as recom mended.
• Do not mix alkaline, carbon zinc or nickel cadmium batteries.
• Remove leaked, deformed or corroded batteries from the product and
dispose them by appropriate protectives.
• Do not throw into re.
2 Description and Function
2.1 Product
Battery powered LED ashlight, ideal for work, leisure, sports, camping,
shing, hunting and roadside assistance
• 3 light modes: 100% light, 20% light and SOS
• lamp head with focus ring for continuously adjusting the light beam

3 Intended Use
We do not permit using the device in other ways like described in
chapter „Description and Function“ or „Safety Instructions“. Not atten-
ding to these regulations and safety instructions might cause fatal
accidents, injuries and damages to persons and property.
IPX4 Model 44560: This product is protected against splashing water.
IPX7 Model 44559: This product is protected against temporary immersion
in water.
4 Inserting the batteries
NOTICE! Material damage due to incorrect power supply
• Only use batteries of the same type listed in „Specications“.
1. Unscrew the battery cover (5) counterclockwise.
2. Take the battery magazine (8) out of the grip (4) of the LED ashlight.
3. Depending on the model, insert the required type and number of batteries
into the battery magazine, taking into account the correct polarity.
4. Push the lled battery magazine back into the handle in the direction
indicated by the arrow on the magazine. See Fig. 2.
5. Screw the battery cover back in clockwise direction. See Fig. 2.
The LED ashlight is now ready for operation.
5 Operating
5.1 Switching on
• Press the multi-function button (6) 1x powerful.
The LED ashlight is switched on and has a light intensity of 100%.
5.2 Setting the light modes (100%, 20%, SOS )
1. Press the multi-function button 1x gently.
The LED ashlight switches to darkened mode with 20% light intensity.
2. Press the multifunction switch again 1x gently.
The LED ashlight changes to the SOS emergency signal mode and ashes in
the following repetitive sequence: 3x short - 3x long - 3x short.
Pressing the multifunction switch lightly again resets the initial mode to 100%.
5.3 Setting the focus
• Adjust the focus continuously by turning the focus ring.
Model 44559: The focus ring moves between two locking points.
Model 44560: The focus ring can be rotated endlessly.
5.4 Switching off
• Press the multifunction switch 1x powerful.
The LED ashlight is switched off.
6 Maintenance, Care, Storage and Transport
The products are maintenance-free.
• Only use a dry and soft cloth for cleaning.
• Be careful to avoid scratches.
Use a slightly moist and soft cloth for heavy stains.
• Do not use detergents or chemicals.
• Store cool and dry.
• Remove batteries / rechargeable batteries when not in use.
• Store the product out the reach of children and in a dry and dust-protec-
ted ambience when not in use.
• Keep and use the original packaging for transport.
7 Disposal Instructions
According to the European WEEE directive, electrical and electronic
equipment must not be disposed with consumers waste. Its components
must be recycled or disposed apart from each other. Otherwise contami-
native and hazardous substances can damage the health and pollute the
environment.
As a consumer, you are committed by law to dispose electrical and elect-
ronic devices to the producer, the dealer, or public collecting points at the
end of the devices lifetime for free. Particulars are regulated in national
right. The symbol on the product, in the user manual, or at the packaging
alludes to these terms. With this kind of waste separation, application,
and waste disposal of used devices you achieve an important share to
environmental protection.
