  If your Goodbaby Baby Monitor experiences interference or poor reception, it could be due to several factors. The camera or monitor might be too close to metal objects; in this case, move the monitor closer to the camera. Another cause might be interference from other electronic devices, try restarting both the Baby unit and the Parent unit. Also, check the battery power, as a low battery can cause this issue. You can press the reset key at the back of the Parent unit.

  If your Goodbaby Baby Monitor shows no reception, start by confirming that both the camera and monitor are turned ON. Ensure the power adapters are properly connected. If the camera is too far from the monitor, restart both the Baby unit and the Parent unit. If the camera and monitor are not properly paired, follow the PAIRING instructions. You can also press the reset key at the back of the Parent unit.
