ご使用方法
HOW TO SOLDER
1. はんだ付けする部分の塗料、ホコリ、油
分をプリント基板洗浄剤やサンドペー
パーなどで取り除いてください。
2. はんだ付けする部分にこて先をあて、
加熱します。
3. ヤニ入りはんだを接合部にあて、はん
だが拡がるのを確認してこて先をはな
してください。
1. Clean the parts to be joined.
2. Clean the soldering iron tip and "tin"
all faces of tip with a coating of solder.
3. Heat the part that will be soldered.
Apply flux-cored solder to the heated
part (not the soldering tip) and heat it
until the solder melts and flows freely.
●焼き付き防止のため通電
しない冷えた状態で、時々
こて先を抜いてヒーター
内の酸化物を取り除いてく
ださい。この時、こて先止
めねじやヒーター固定ねじも取り外して
酸化物を取り除いてください。
●こて先などが万一焼き付いた時は、ミシ
ン油を数滴与え半日くらい通電しない
状態で放置してから外してください。

ねじが 締 まってい ることと、こて先 がぐ
らついていないことをご確認ください。
ゆるんでいる場合は締め直してください。
