The extension pole can be extended all the way to 48in (122cm) and collapsed down
to 10in (25cm).
PRO TIP: The extension pole and remote are both waterproof, but the remote will
not work under water.
Using the Extension PoleMounting Your Camera to the Extension Pole
Attach the wrist strap extension to the remote’s strap to create a convenient
wearable remote. Make sure that the hook patches on both straps are facing the
same direction when connecting the straps.
ATTACHING A CAMERA MOUNT
Attach either the mounting finger adapter or the ball joint adapter to the grip by
screwing it clockwise onto the grip’s 1/4-20 mount.
Heads Up: You can also attach your camera directly to the 1/4-20 mount.
USING THE FINGER ADAPTER
Interlace the mounting fingers of your GoPro with the mounting fingers on the
mounting finger adapter and secure it with a thumb screw
USING THE BALL JOINT ADAPTER
1. Interlace the mounting fingers of your GoPro with the mounting fingers on a
standard GoPro mounting buckle (not included) and secure it with a thumb screw.

2. Flip up the plug on the mounting buckle and slide the mounting buckle into the
mounting base of the ball joint adapter until it clicks into place. Press the plug
back down until it sits flush with the base.
3. Flip open the lever on the ball joint adapter to adjust your capture angle.
NOTE: Be sure the lever is unlocked when adjusting your camera’s position.
Rotating the ball joint with the lever locked could damage the mount.
4. Close the lever to lock in your camera’s position. Tighten or loosen the lever
as needed.
PRO TIP: Use a screwdriver to tighten the screw on the opposite side of the lever to
more securely lock the ball joint in place if necessary.
