ACCESS TO YOUR WARRANTY
If your Gorilla timepiece is in need of service please contact your
original retailer or Gorilla Watches directly if purchased from
www.gorillawatches.ch. You will be sent an RMA (Return Material
Authorization) conrmation by email.
You will be advisedregarding packaging your product if you are required
to return the product. The watch should be carefully packed in all its
original packaging. Do not return your product to Gorilla Watches, unless
you have purchased it directly from the Gorilla website, withoutconsulting
your retailer or receiving approval from Gorilla Watches. If you are returning
a product, you should use a reputable carrier. Gorilla cannot accept
responsibility for the unit while in transit to the retailer or Gorilla Watches.
It is your responsibility to ensure that your watch is insured by you during
transit or shipment for repair. You must pay all shipping charges if it is
necessary to return the product to Gorilla Watches or your retailer.
However, if the required repairs are covered by this warranty Gorilla will
cover the return shipping charges.
