Every Gorilla timepiece is designed and manufactured to the highest
quality standards; however if something does go wrong, Gorilla Watches
offers a two-year warranty from date of purchase. This warranty covers
defects in materials andworkmanship,is valid with proof of purchase
and can be accessed through your point of purchase.
During the warranty period, you will have the right to have any
defect repaired free of charge. In the event that repairs are unable to
restore the normal conditions of use of your Gorilla timepiece, Gorilla
Watches guarantees its replacement by a Gorilla watch of identical or
similar characteristics.
This warranty complements any national or regional law obligations of
dealers or distributors and does not affect your statutory rights as a Gorilla
customer.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
• Normal wear and tear and aging (for example scratches
alteration of color on coated materials, leather, rubber).
• Damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal
or abusive use, accidents (knocks, dents, broken crystal etc), incorrect
and/or ignoring operating instructions.
• Repairs or alterations of the watch by a person other than
Gorilla Watches or its nominated repairs centers.
