Hammer T-nuts into post holes, ensuring the barrel goes in first and is flush.
Lay the 2x6 sandbox board on right side posts; countersunk holes offset down.
Attach sandbox board's top holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Attach bottom panel board's bottom holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Lay the 2x6 top panel board on right side posts; countersunk holes offset down.
Attach top panel board's top holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Lay the 2x6 sandbox board on left side posts; countersunk holes offset up.
Attach sandbox board's top holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Lay the 2x6 bottom panel board on left side posts; countersunk holes offset up.
Attach bottom panel board's top holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Lay the 4x4 swing beam support on left side posts; countersunk holes face downward.
Insert carriage bolt through torque washer and into post holes; hammer washer.
Drill 1-inch holes using a spade bit, placing scrap wood underneath.
Fasten 2x4 deck supports to side assemblies using hex bolts and washers.

Attach sandbox board's top holes to T-nuts on rear posts with hex bolts and washers.
Place the 2x6 bottom panel board on rear corner posts; holes offset up.
Attach bottom panel board's top holes to T-nuts on rear posts with hex bolts and washers.
Place the 2x4 rear top panel board on rear corner posts; holes offset up.
Attach rear top panel board's top holes to T-nuts on rear posts with hex bolts and washers.
Place frame in final position, level, and square it with assistance.
Once leveled, insert lag screws in all remaining 2x6 board holes.
Mount four 2x4x13 angle supports under the deck on sides to bottom panel boards.
Use 2.5" wood screws to attach angle supports to deck supports and corner posts.
Mount four 2x4x18 angle supports under the deck on front/rear to deck supports.
Use 2.5" wood screws to attach angle supports to deck supports and corner posts.
Place 2x4x47.5" end panel board on 2x6 board, fasten to corner posts with lag screws.
Place 2x4x14" bottom panel board on 2x6 board, fasten to corner posts with lag screws.
Place deck spacers between corner posts, flush to inside of 2x6 or outside of corner posts.
Use 2" wood screws to attach deck spacers to the center deck support.
Center the 2x4x70" support on marks and push flush to deck boards.
Use two 2.5" wood screws to secure the support through the 2x6 and into the support end.
Start with one deck board, center it, and attach with 2" wood screws; ensure uniform spacing.
Hammer 5/16" T-nuts into the inside of the rock wall sides.
Place the first board flush to the top of the rock wall sides and attach with 2" wood screws.
Continue attaching boards down the wall with two 2" wood screws per end.
Attach the final board, the bottom one with one hole, using two 2" wood screws per side.
Fasten 90° green brackets to rock wall sides using 5/16x1.5" hex bolts and washers.
Mount rocks in a staggered manner, securing each with three pan head screws and washers.
Place the 5/4x3x23.75" rock wall top cap on the sides and fasten with 2" wood screws.
Place the rock wall on the front-right of the fort; green brackets 0.75" above bottom panel board.
Go underneath the deck to insert a T-nut into the backside of the 3/8" holes in the front face board.
Attach the rock wall using 5/16x1.5" bolts and 5/16" washers.
When brackets are secure and wall is positioned, tighten the 5/16x1.5" bolts on the rock wall sides.
Place a 2x4x18.75" support board 1" from the square end; attach with 2.5" screws.
Fasten 90° green brackets to the ramp sides using 5/16x1.5" hex bolts and washers.
Attach climbing ramp with 5/16x1.5" hex bolts and 5/16" washers.
Use a block to elevate ramp end, tie knots at mounts, then remove block to tighten ropes.
Attach panel slats to the fort using 2" wood screws in the pre-drilled holes.
Fasten plate using 3.5" carriage bolts on top and lock nuts/washers underneath.
Fasten hangers using 7" carriage bolts, torque washers, 3/8" washers, and lock nuts.
Fasten swing legs to bracket using 3/8x3.5" lag screws and 3/8" washers.
Fasten swing beam to bracket using 7" carriage bolts, torque washers, and lock nuts/washers.
Fasten beam using 9" carriage bolt, torque washer, lock nut, and washer.
Place a level on the swing beam and adjust legs in or out to make it level.
Use 3/8x3.5" lag screws with 3/8" washers to secure the cross-member.
Fasten the PT top and seat boards to supports with #8x2.5" wood screws.
Fasten legs to bracket using 3/8x3.5" lag screws and 3/8" washers.
Fasten swivel using 3/8x7" carriage bolts, torque washers, and lock nuts/washers.
Fasten tire swing beam to bracket using 3/8x7" carriage bolts, torque washers, and lock nuts/washers.
Insert assembled tire swing beam and legs into gap between back right post and panel slat.
Fasten beam to post using 5/16x7" hex bolts, washers, and T-nuts.
Place a level on the tire swing beam and adjust legs to ensure it is level.
Use 3/8x3.5" lag screws with 3/8" washers to secure the cross-member.
Thread untied end through bottom rock wall board hole, tie secure knot, ensuring it's taut.
Attach sandbox seats to sandbox boards with #8x2" wood screws.
Attach each stake to the swing leg with a #14x2" pan head screw and 1/4" fender washer.
Fasten 2x4x36.75" deck supports to corner posts using hex bolts and washers.
Place frame in final position, level, and square structure using deck boards and bridge rail.
Fasten bottom panel board to posts with 5/16x3.5" lag screws, leaving loose.
Fasten rear bottom panel board to posts with 5/16x3.5" lag screws, leaving loose.
Install 5/4x4x36.5" deck boards with uniform 1/4" spacing, attaching to supports with 2" screws.
Attach panel mounts to panel slats with #8x1.75" wood screws.
Place bottom of lower bridge rails on marks and fasten to corner posts with 5/16x3.5" lag screws and washers.
Level top bridge rails and attach to corner posts with 5/16x3.5" lag screws and washers.
Attach lower bridge rails using 16" dimension from Step 15, fastening with lag screws and washers.
Insert 5/16x1.75" hex bolt with washer through chain link, washer, deck board, and into T-nut.
Insert bolt and washer through marked chain link, deck board, and into T-nut.
Thread chain ends through bottom panel board and deck support on tower; use quick link to connect.
Repeat the process at the play set, ensuring each chain goes through two boards.
Attach supports to top panel boards with 2.5" wood screws, squaring them.
Attach tarp board to top of corner posts with 2.5" wood screws.
Attach tarp through grommets to tarp boards with #14x1.25" pan head screws and 1/4" washers.
Install 90° angle brackets inside ladder rails with 5/16x1.5" bolts, washers, and T-nuts.
Fasten brackets to the 2x6 with 5/16x1.5" hex bolts and 5/16" washers.
Fasten handles with 1/4" flat washers and #14x1.25" pan head screws.
Attach slide to deck spacer with 1.25" pan head screws; do not overtighten.
Attach slat to rope ladder support and front face board inside with #8x2" wood screws.
