Hammer T-nuts into post holes, ensuring the barrel goes in first and is flush.
Lay the 2x6 sandbox board on right side posts; countersunk holes offset down.
Attach sandbox board's top holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Attach bottom panel board's bottom holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.
Lay the 2x6 top panel board on right side posts; countersunk holes offset down.
Attach top panel board's top holes to T-nuts with hex bolts and washers.

Install 5/4x4x36.5" deck boards with uniform 1/4" spacing, attaching to supports with 2" screws.
Attach panel mounts to panel slats with #8x1.75" wood screws.
Place bottom of lower bridge rails on marks and fasten to corner posts with 5/16x3.5" lag screws and washers.
Level top bridge rails and attach to corner posts with 5/16x3.5" lag screws and washers.
Attach lower bridge rails using 16" dimension from Step 15, fastening with lag screws and washers.
Insert 5/16x1.75" hex bolt with washer through chain link, washer, deck board, and into T-nut.
Insert bolt and washer through marked chain link, deck board, and into T-nut.
Thread chain ends through bottom panel board and deck support on tower; use quick link to connect.
Repeat the process at the play set, ensuring each chain goes through two boards.
Attach supports to top panel boards with 2.5" wood screws, squaring them.
Attach tarp board to top of corner posts with 2.5" wood screws.
Attach tarp through grommets to tarp boards with #14x1.25" pan head screws and 1/4" washers.
Install 90° angle brackets inside ladder rails with 5/16x1.5" bolts, washers, and T-nuts.
Fasten brackets to the 2x6 with 5/16x1.5" hex bolts and 5/16" washers.
Fasten handles with 1/4" flat washers and #14x1.25" pan head screws.
Attach slide to deck spacer with 1.25" pan head screws; do not overtighten.
Attach slat to rope ladder support and front face board inside with #8x2" wood screws.
