If your Gourmet Maxx Grill isn't working, first ensure the mains plug is securely connected to the socket. Check that the thermostat plug is properly inserted into the connector jack on the device. Try a different socket to rule out a defective one. Also, inspect the fuse for your mains connection. Finally, verify that the temperature control isn't set to the AUS (off) position.
