Troubleshooting
If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the problem
yourself fi rst. Otherwise contact customer service. Do not attempt to repair a defective device
yourself!
Problem Potential cause/solution
The device is not working. The
indicator lights are not illumi-
nating.
• Has the power plug been correctly inserted in the sock-
et?
• Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
• Check the fuse for your mains connection.
The green indicator light turns
off and illuminates again at regu-
lar intervals.
• This is not a malfunction, but simply indicates that the
device is heating up again or interrupting the heating
process in order to maintain a constant operating tem-
perature.
The popcakes are too brown. • Reduce the baking time.
The popcakes are not com-
pletely baked.
• Extend the baking time.
• Is the batter too thick?
