GETTING STARTED
Time:
Adjust your workout time by selecting TIME mode using the “M” button on your remote control before starting your
workout, and then using the “+/-” buttons to select your desired time.
Time of workout counts up from 0:00 - 99:59 (max) or counts down from the set value to 0:00. When your workout
time is over, the treadmill will slow down gradually and come to a stop. The treadmill enters standby mode 10
minutes after it stops completely
DIST:
Adjust your workout distance by selecting DIST mode using the “M” button on your remote control before starting
your workout, and then using the “+/-” buttons to select your desired DIST.
Distance counts from 0.00-99.90 (max), and counts down from the set value to zero. When the count down reaches
0, the treadmill slows down gradually and stops running. The treadmill enters the standby mode 10 minutes after it
stops completely.
SPEED:
Displays the current speed while running, speed range: 1.0-6.0 mph. Speed adjusts in 1 mile incriments.
Speed can be adjusted at anytime during your workout using the +/– buttons on the remote control.
CAL:
Adjust your workout calorie target by selecting CAL mode using the “M” button on your remote control before
starting your workout, and then using the “+/-” buttons to select your desired calorie target.
While running the CAL window displays the calories burned during your workout, counting upward from 0-999. If
the max calorie count is reached, the diplay will start over at zero. If a calorie traget was selected, the display will
count down from the set value.
When you start your workout, the display will countdown from ve and begin running when ot reaches zero.
