Check Motor Shaft Weep Hole
1. Locate small weep hole below the motor housing, on the back of the pump
housing to check for a motor shaft seal leak (see Figure 5).
2. A wet or leaking weep hole indicates a worn or damaged shaft seal. To
eliminate the leak replace the shaft seal (see Shaft Seal Kit or Extreme
Temp Shaft Seal Kit).
