13. Attach Base Pad to the Back of Base
Attach the elastic straps onto base as shown.
14. Place the Booster Seat Forward-Facing in
the Back Seat of Vehicle
Place forward-facing on a vehicle seat that
has a lap/shoulder seat belt. The base should
sit as flat as possible on the vehicle seat.
