10. Pull Up on Buckle Strap to Make
Sure it is Secured
Rear-Facing: Make sure the LATCH
strap is in front of the buckle strap when
the buckle is in the inner-most position
(A), and in behind when in the outter-
most position (B) and that it is flat and is
not twisted.
