• Children can suffocate on soft
bedding. Do not place pillows,
comforters or soft mattresses
in this carry cot.
• Ensure that the sides of this
carry cot are properly latched
or locked in the appropriate
position before placing a child
in it.
• This carry cot includes a 0.75”
(19 mm) mattress. Use only
the mattress supplied by the
manufacturer with this carry
cot. Do not add an additional
mattress to this carry cot.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD Infants
have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra
padding and side of the carry
cot, and
• On soft bedding.
Use ONLY the assembled
mattress pad provided by
Graco
®
. NEVER add a pillow,
comforter, toys or another
mattress for padding.
• Carry cot can roll over on soft
surfaces and suffocate child.
Never place carry cot on
beds, sofas, or other soft
surfaces.
• Always keep objects out of
child’s reach.
• NEVER leave child
unattended.
• Never place a child under the
product.
• To reduce the risk of SIDS,
pediatricians recommend
healthy infants be placed on
their backs to sleep, unless
otherwise advised by your
physician.
• Use only the mattress cover
included with this product. Do
not use a sheet with the
mattress pad.
• ALWAYS use mattress pad.
• NEVER use this carry cot as a
means to transport an infant in
a motor vehicle.
• Do not use product as a car
bed.
• ALWAYS place child in the
carry cot with head at the
canopy end. The head of the
child in the carry cot should
never be lower than the body.
• Regularly inspect the handles
and the bottom of the carry
cot body for signs of damage
or excessive wear.
• Before carrying or lifting,
make sure the handle is locked
in the correct position for use.
• DO NOT place the carry cot
near an open fire or other
source of strong heat, such as
electric bar fires, gas fires,
etc.
• Use only replacement parts
supplied or approved by the
manufacturer.
• Excessive weight may cause a
hazardous unstable condition
to exist.
