If your Graco Personal Care Products device has weak or no suction, there are a few things you can check: * First, ensure that the batteries are not low and are installed correctly. Replace them if needed. * Second, verify that the GRAY RUBBER RING is in place where the COLLECTION CUPS screw in. * Lastly, confirm that the three guides on each side of the COLLECTION CUPS line up properly with the guides on the SUFTION PORTION of the aspirator.
