WARNING
Prevent serious injury or death:
• Never leave child unattended.
• This product is not intended for unsupervised or prolonged periods
of sleep.
FALL HAZARD: To prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:
• Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over in the product or
• Head touches the upper edge of the product or
• Weighs more than 15 lb (6.8 kg) (approximately 3 months of age).
• WHEN IN BASSINET/STAND: Weighs more than 15 lb (6.8 kg)
(approximately 3 months of age).
• ROCKER MODE OUTSIDE BASSINET: Maximum recommended
weight is 18 lb (8 kg).
• Child’s movement can slide product. Use only on floor.
• Never place product near edges of counter tops, tables or other
elevated surfaces.
• NEVER use this product as a means to transport an infant in a motor
vehicle.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated:
• When product was placed on a soft surface and tipped over
- NEVER place product on beds, cribs, sofas, cushions or other
soft surfaces.
• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
- ONLY use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
- NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• When trapped between product and adjacent surfaces.
- Only use in bassinet/stand when it is securely attached. When
using the bassinet/stand and product, always make sure product
is properly attached to identified locations.
- Only use with bassinet attached. NEVER use sleeper in different
product.
- NEVER use in contained areas (e.g. crib, playard) or next to
vertical surfaces (e.g. walls and dressers).
To prevent falls and suffocation:
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER use for child able to sit up unassisted.
• STOP using sleeper when baby starts trying to sit up.
• NEVER place child in bassinet while product is attached.
• ALWAYS place child on back to sleep.
• Use product with only one child at a time.
