WARNING
Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in
serious injury or death.
FALL HAZARD: To help prevent falls, DO NOT use this product when
the infant begins to push up on hands and knees or weighs over 20 lb
(9 kg) (approximately 5 months of age), whichever comes first.
• When attached to playard, always check that the product is
securely locked on the playard by pulling upwards on the
product.
• Always check that the base platform/seat is securely locked on
the support frame.
• ALWAYS use restraints. Adjust to fit snugly.
• NEVER lift or carry child in the seat.
• Use ONLY with a child that is able to hold their head up
unassisted (approximately 4 months of age).
• ALWAYS keep child in view while in product.
• Use product with only one child at a time.
• NEVER place a child under the product.
• The product must be fully assembled and installed, including 2
tubes, 2 end hubs, base platform/seat, seat pad, and mattress
pad, before using. Always follow the instructions in the owner’s
manual to set up the product.
• You are responsible for providing adult supervision when using your
product.
• DO NOT store the product inside the playard.
