7. Tighten the
Lower Anchor
Attachment Strap
Press down firmly
in the center of the
base while tightening
the Lower anchor
attachment strap.
8. Test For
Tightness
Grab the sides of
the base where
the Lower anchor
attachment strap is
and push and pull
the base from side
to side and front to
back.
If the base moves
less than 1” (2.5
cm), it is tight
enough.
