■ Use the handle to remove the upper mill and clean it with
the brush.
■ Now take the latching ring off the motor block and clean it
with the brush.
■ Also clean the bottom of the mill with the small brush.
■ When you have nished cleaning everything, put the latch-
ing ring back on the motor block. The arrows must once
again point to each other. Replace the upper mill.
■ Turn the latching ring clockwise until you have reached the
desired grind setting. (You can hear a latching sound).
