inspection and adjustment

INSPECTION ADJUSTMENT TABLE OF CONTENTS
1 Lift off the seat cushion in position for
repair (Chapter 3.1).
Inspection
2 Apply load to the backrest (8) and
lock/unlock it several times using the
lever for backrest adjustment (12) and
check the following:
• easy running of the Bowden pull
wires (1, 2)
• contamination of the lock (3)
• synchronous locking of the left and
right side without jamming
3 Check the backrest clearance at the
upper edge of the backrest (8).
Specified value: no clearance or only
minimal clearance "A".
