Gather required information
The following information will be required in order to
activate your Splash.
• The primary Splash user’s name, home address
(address must be U.S. based and not a PO Box) and
phone number
• The billing address
• The email address of the person managing the account
• A valid credit or debit card
• Name and phone number of at least one emergency
contact
• The 7-digit Serial Number located on the back of the
device (Note: You can also use the entire 11-digit serial
number located on the side of the box.)
