  If the water output volume from your Greatwell Water Filtration System drops abnormally, it could be due to several reasons. The filter might be clogged, in which case you should flush or replace it. Alternatively, the filter may have exceeded its service life and needs replacement. Also, ensure that the water inlet ball valve or the faucet is completely turned on.

  If you experience poor output water quality from your Greatwell Water Filtration System, several factors could be responsible. The filter might be damaged and require replacement. If the device hasn't been used for more than 3 days, turn on the purified water faucet and let it run for 3-5 minutes. Also, ensure that the source water is municipal tap water.

  If no purified water comes out of the faucet after interrupting and restoring tap water to your Greatwell Water Filtration System, it may be due to an air jam. To resolve this, restore the water and power supply, then turn on the purified water faucet and let it run for 3-5 minutes.
